Anyone looking to book their annual Christmas party at Trent Bridge should move quickly as demand has been higher than ever.

Staff have laid on an extra public night in the Derek Randall Suite on December 21 to cope with bookings, while other dates are also available for private parties as well as shared dining facilities.

It costs £29.95 per person for a three-course dinner plus coffee, mince pies and a disco until 12.30am.
