Notts spinner Graeme Swann followed up an unbeaten 63 with a three wicket haul as England took charge in the npower Test against West Indies at Lord’s.
Swann’s knock included nine fours and a six and his figures of 3-16 contributed to the West Indies’ collapse. He had Chanderpaul caught by Paul Collingwood for a first ball duck.
Stuart Broad returned 2-56 from 11 overs and debutant Graham Onions made a dream start to his Test career with 5-38.
West Indies reached 152 and 39-2 after being forced to follow on with James Anderson claiming both second innings wickets. They trail England by 186 runs.
